Arthritis Transformational Program

– A 100 day transformational healing journey designed to get your life out of the agony with arthritic pain and fatigue to blissful heaven of healthy joints and flow of the movement.


In this mind-body-spirit healing program I collected different techniques and important things that have worked for me and brought me back to health. This is a combination of ancient healing exercises from China, some new discoveries of health and well-being and my personal internal work with the deepest waters of my subconscious mind. In this program you’ll learn simple techniques to alleviate pain, learn mind-body techniques that support healing, learn what lifestyle changes I made to heal myself. This is a journey of self-discovery and self-mastery to bring ourselves to if not perfect, but at least close to that state of health.

You can continue doing with your health exactly what you did and continue having the same results: pain, physical disability, foggy mind, fatigue, suffering, no joy, feeling trapped in the body that does not function well, like mine did.


You can take health in your own hands. You can start retraining your body to stop it’s own attack on your own tissues. This program is designed to help you reduce your pain and inflammation and reduce swelling. You can facilitate your own healing by being gentle with yourself, learning to consciously relax, use your mind for healing. You can maximise your potential for healthy, fulfilling, joyful, happy life free from pain and restrictions.

What the clients need to do?
  • Make your health a total priority for the following 100 days of this healing program
  • Be fully committed to the program: no skipping practice days, no excuses of feeling tired or having no time. Be totally devoted to health and practice
  • Clients are expected to do 3-5 hours of practice a day. If you have only 3 hours, that’ find too. Even 2 hours a day can make a difference.
  • Report on the progress to a group. Ask questions and share healing experience, even if it’s a tough one. Be honest!
  • Allow the healing process to happen. Don’t resist. All kinds of emotions can come up: anger, frustration, grief, sadness, fear. Keep going. If you are having a bad day, ask what could possibly help you to go through it. I’m here to help.
  • Listen to your body. After qi gong exercise you would probably want to take a nap. It’s a really great idea! Do take it. This is when most of the healing happens.
  • Creating personalized healing routine needed just for you, which includes gentle movement and/or meditative healing exercises to alleviate the intensity of inflammatory arthritis. Check in on the progress and potentially adjust the
  • Personal 1 hour energy treatment in person or distantly once a week. I use energy and projective-meditative mind to facilitate the best possible healing. This alone has capacity to bring energy back, restore clarity of the mind, increase energy and of course, diminish inflammation.
  • Personal review and support after each healing by phone, where I give you information about what I found in your energy field and what should be done to feel better.
  • Online live and recorded healing classes to diminish inflammation and pain, increase energy and strength in your joints.
  • Email and text support from me during difficult times.
